Verizon to acquire Frontier
Verizon Communications Inc. and Frontier announced they have entered into a definitive agreement for Verizon to acquire Frontier in an all-cash transaction valued at $20 billion.
Frontier announced that its stockholders approved the acquisition by Verizon Communications Inc. at its special meeting held on November 13, 2024.
Frontier issued the following statement in response to reports published by ISS on November 1 and Glass Lewis on November 6 regarding its proposed transaction with Verizon:
