Nick is the President and Chief Executive Officer. He has nearly 30 years of expertise and leadership in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he was a member of the Vodafone Group Executive Board, a world-leading wireless and wireline operator and, as CEO, led the turn-around of Vodafone UK, the company’s home market.

Previously, he spent more than a decade at Cable & Wireless, one of the world’s largest wireline companies, including four years as CEO of Worldwide Operations. He was Head of Worldwide Sales and European EVP at Ciena Inc. from 2002 until 2004. In addition, he previously served as a non-executive director of public company Dialog Semiconductor plc.

Nick is a graduate of the University of Warwick, U.K. with a BS in Economics, and a graduate of both INSEAD-Europe and Wharton U.S. Management Development programs.

Scott is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer of Arcosa, Inc., a North American provider of infrastructure products and solutions, and helped lead its successful public spinoff in 2018. Under his financial leadership, Arcosa debuted on public equity and debt markets, developed a new shareholder base, implemented a disciplined capital allocation program, and published its inaugural ESG Sustainability Report. Arcosa executed 13 acquisitions in a 3-year period to reposition its portfolio around growth-oriented infrastructure products.

From 2017 until Arcosa’s spin-off, Scott was Group Chief Financial Officer of Trinity Industries, having served as Trinity’s Vice President of Corporate Strategic Planning since 2014. Prior to joining Trinity, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led operational and organizational transformations across asset-intensive industries and started his career as an Operations Manager at McMaster Carr Supply Company.

Scott received an AB in Economics from Duke University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management

Veronica Bloodworth

EVP, Chief Network Officer

Veronica is Executive Vice President and Chief Network Officer. She oversees all of Frontier’s network operations, including those related to the Company’s Modernization Plan.

Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Construction and Engineering for AT&T, she led the planning, design, construction and capital maintenance of the wireline and wireless network infrastructure across a national footprint.

Previously as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, AT&T Services, she led the Velocity IP program, which laid the groundwork to transform the Company to an all IP/Wireless/Cloud business. Her 23-year career at AT&T included numerous leadership and management positions in Network and Finance, including various roles in Operations, Finance and Business Development within Cingular Wireless and BellSouth Mobility. Her telecommunications career began at MCI.

Veronica is a Certified Public Accountant and has a BA from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Ettienne Brandt

Ettienne is Executive Vice President, Commercial. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry across cable, fiber, and wireless providers. He served as Managing Director, Commercial for the Consumer Division of BT Group plc. as a key member of the leadership team getting the BT brand back to growth.

Previously, he served in a variety of roles at EE Ltd prior to BT Group’s acquisition, including leading the Enterprise P&L as Marketing and Commercial Director. He began his telecommunications career at NTL Incorporated (now Virgin Media), the largest UK cable provider, and also worked in South Africa and the USA.

Ettienne holds a BA in Commerce from Stellenbosch University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Vishal Dixit

Vishal is Executive Vice President, Strategy & Wholesale. He has over 20 years of international experience leading strategy and commercial execution in telecommunications and technology. He oversees all aspects of corporate strategy, M&A, and the operation of Frontier’s wholesale business. Most recently, he was a member of Vodafone UK’s executive committee where he developed the company’s successful challenger growth strategy, transformed its wholesale business, and created industry-leading fiber partnerships.

Prior to this, as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, he served global companies in technology and telecommunications. He began his career with Intel Corporation in New Zealand developing software switches.

Vishal holds an MBA from the London Business School, U.K., and a BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Alan Gardner is Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. He was most recently Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Verizon Communications, leading HR centers of all-encompassing expertise for employees around the globe.

Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, of Verizon Wireless, the $87 billion US-based joint venture between Verizon Communications and Vodafone. He held other executive roles of increasing responsibility within Verizon. He has also served as Director of Compensation and in other roles at GTE Corporation. He began his career at American Express, UCCEL Corporation, and General Dynamics.

Alan received a BS in computer science from the University of North Texas, a management certificate from the Management Institute for Engineers, Computer Professionals and Scientists at the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

John Harrobin

John Harrobin is Executive Vice President, Consumer. He leads our Consumer business and is directly responsible for consumer revenue, product development, sales operations, channel strategy, CRM, marketing, and data analytics. He joined Frontier from Audible, where, as Chief Marketing Officer, he led the growth turnaround, brand repositioning, and content marketing capabilities of this multi-billion-dollar global content technology and entertainment subsidiary of Amazon. Under his leadership, Audible’s customer base doubled within 33 months as he expanded new, emerging channels, including mobile, social, and SEO.

His marketing career began in 1997 as a Senior Product Manager at Verizon Wireless. During his 18-year tenure at the company, he served in progressively senior roles, ultimately becoming Chief Marketing Officer. As leader of national marketing for Verizon Wireless, he led the launch of new products and businesses focused on mobile advertising, mobile content, and large-scale content rights and sponsorship negotiations with all major broadcast and cable networks, music labels, celebrity talent, and sport leagues including the NHL and NFL.

He sits on the Executive Board of Villanova University’s Center for Marketing & Customer Insights. He has been recognized as an Outstanding Mentor by Advertising Women of New York, a top LGBTQ+ Global Ally by InVolve, and a top CMO by Forbes.

John holds a BS from Villanova University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Erin Kurtz

Erin Kurtz is Executive Vice President and Chief Communications Officer. She is a strategic communications leader with two decades of experience across a wide range of industries, including media, technology, logistics, and financial services. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President of XPO Logistics, where she set the global communications agenda for one of the fastest growing companies in the Fortune 500. In this role, she built and led an integrated communications strategy across public relations, reputation management, digital and social media, employee communications, brand marketing and government affairs.

Prior to joining XPO in 2016, she co-founded Hunt & Gather, a high-touch marketing and communications agency, and held senior communications roles at Joele Frank, AOL, and Thomson Reuters. She started her career in Washington, DC at the American Hospital Association.

Erin graduated from Syracuse University with a BS in Communications and Political Science.

Charlon McIntosh

EVP, Chief Customer Operations Officer

Ms. McIntosh is Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Operations Officer. She leads Frontier’s enterprise-wide customer operations. Most recently, she was Humana’s Senior Vice President of Group Military Specialty Service and Business Operations, responsible for all customer support and operations for the Employer Group, Military and Specialty lines of business. She was also Head of the Customer Experience, developing and enabling Humana’s customer strategy.

Previously, she held numerous leadership positions in customer operations and strategy during a nearly 20-year career with Humana, Charter Communications and Time Warner Cable. She began her career at Comcast.

Charlon earned an MBA from New York University and graduated with a BA and high honors from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a graduate of the NAMIC Executive Leadership Development Program and is a Women in Cable Television Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Fellow.

Mark Nielsen

Mark Nielsen

EVP, Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer

Mark is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer with responsibility for the Company’s litigation, securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, intellectual property, contracting, and corporate governance matters, as well as all state and federal regulatory affairs.

He started his legal career in 1990 as an associate lawyer at the Hartford law firm of Murtha, Cullina, Richter & Pinney. From 1993 to 1999, he served as an elected member of the Connecticut Legislature. Later, he served as Mitt Romney’s legal counsel, and then chief of staff, when Romney was Governor of Massachusetts (2003-2007).

Before joining Frontier in 2014, he served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Raytheon Company from 2007 to 2009, and Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Praxair, Inc. from 2009 to 2014.

Mark graduated magna cum laude with an AB from Harvard College and cum laude with a JD from Harvard Law School. He serves as a member of the adjunct faculty of Columbia Law School.

Melissa is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer. She is responsible for digital operations and architecture, enterprise technology architecture, business processes and enhancing customer engagement initiatives.

She has more than two decades of leadership experience spanning technology, IT, customer strategy and operations functions. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President and Head of Technology at JCPenney, implementing a digital optimization strategy and customer-focused solutions for JCP.com, the JCP mobile app, all store and supply chain systems, business intelligence, analytics, marketing, and back-end merchandising. She has held leadership positions in technology, IT, and operations over a 25-year career with JCPenney, Target, and Cargill.

Melissa earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and her undergraduate degree from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.

John Stratton

Executive Chairman

Mr. Stratton was selected as the Executive Chairman of Reorganized Frontier after having served as a Board Observer since May 2020. He retired from Verizon Communications at the end of 2018, capping a 25-year career. In his most recent role, as Executive Vice President and President of Global Operations, he had full P&L responsibility for all of Verizon’s established businesses, employing 140,000 employees globally, generating more than $120 billion in annual revenue, and serving more than 120 million customers worldwide. In this role, he also led Verizon’s corporate marketing group and its consumer and business product management organizations. Prior to taking responsibility for all of Verizon’s network businesses, Mr. Stratton led several different divisions as Chief Operating Officer of Verizon Wireless, then as President of its global Enterprise Solutions group, and as head of all the company’s wireline divisions. He served as Verizon’s Chief Marketing Officer, and in 2009 was named as the No. 2 global “power player” by Ad Age magazine. Mr. Stratton serves as an Independent Director of Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare leader, and as an Independent Director of General Dynamics, a global aerospace and defense company. He is a member of the board of directors of SubCom, LLC.

Kevin Beebe

Lead Independent Director
Mr. Beebe has served as a director of Frontier since June 2019 and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of 2BPartners, LLC, a partnership that provides strategic, financial and operational advice to private equity firms and companies in the technology and telecom industries, since November 2007. In 2014, Mr. Beebe became a founding partner of Astra Capital Management, a private equity firm. From 1998-2007, he served as Group President of Operations at ALLTEL Corporation, a publicly held telecommunications services company. Prior to that, Mr. Beebe served as Executive Vice President of Operations for 360 Communications Co., a publicly held wireless communications company from 1996 to 1998, and from 1983 to 1995, Mr. Beebe served in various management roles at ATT, Southwestern Bell and United Telecom/ Sprint. His previous public company board experience includes director positions at NII Holdings, Inc. He currently serves on the Board of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. and SBA Communications Corporation, which are publicly held, and Syniverse Technologies, Nextel Holdings, Logix Fiber Company and DartPoints, which are privately held.

Lisa Chang

Ms. Chang has served as the Senior Vice President and Global Chief People Officer of The Coca-Cola Company since March of 2019, where she leads the company’s talent and people strategies, culture, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. From 2014 to 2019, Ms. Chang served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for AMB Group LLC, the investment management and shared services arm of The Blank Family of Businesses. From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Chang served as Vice President, International Human Resources of Equifax. Ms. Chang previously served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. from 2009 to 2013. Ms. Chang also served in various executive-level human resources roles at The Weather Channel from 1998 to 2009, ultimately serving as Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Chang holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Virginia and holds a Master’s in Business Administration in International Business from the Stetson School of Business and Economics at Mercer University.
Pamela Coe

Pamela Coe

Ms. Coe has served in various executive-level legal capacities at Liberty Media Corporation and its sister companies from 2004 to 2020, including most recently as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary until her retirement in 2020. During her time at Liberty Media, Ms. Coe served as legal counsel to the Liberty Media board of directors and the executive team, participating in complex corporate transactions, assisting with executive talent acquisition and retention, and leading the company’s government affairs efforts. Prior to joining Liberty Media in 2004, Ms. Coe served as Senior Counsel for Tele-Communications, Inc. (“TCI”) from 1993 to 2000, where she was responsible for securities law compliance for TCI and its publicly held subsidiary corporations. She is a member of the State Bars of California and Colorado. Ms. Coe served as a member of the board of directors and a member of the Compensation Committee of Expedia Group, Inc., which is publicly held, from 2012 to 2019, and is a member of the board of directors of Luna Innovations Inc., which is publicly held. Ms. Coe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.

Stephen Pusey

Mr. Pusey has served as a Senior Advisor to Bridge Growth Partners since 2017. Mr. Pusey previously served as Group Chief Technology and Operations Officer of Vodafone Group PLC, from 2006 to 2015. In this role, Mr. Pusey was responsible for defining and leading the group’s global technology strategy and operations for networks, IT and product development. Prior to joining Vodafone, Mr. Pusey held various positions at Nortel Networks from 1982 to 2006, where he held the position of Executive Vice President, and President, Nortel EMEA. Mr. Pusey currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Accedian Networks, GlobalLogic, Inc. and Solace Systems, all of which are privately held. Mr. Pusey has extensive public company board experience and previously served as a member of the board of directors of VEON Ltd., FireEye, Inc., Centrica PLC, ARM Holdings PLC and Vodafone Group PLC.
Margaret Smyth

Margaret “Peggy” Smyth

Ms. Smyth has served as a Senior Advisor/Partner, Global Infrastructure to QIC, a global infrastructure investor focused on ESG-themed investments since July 2021. From 2014 to June 2021, she was the U.S. Chief Financial Officer of National Grid, a multinational energy company, overseeing all finance, accounting, transactional, and property services. Previously, Ms. Smyth served as Vice President of Finance at Consolidated Edison, Inc., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hamilton Sundstrand, and Vice President and Corporate Controller of United Technologies Corporation. Earlier in her career, she served as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of 3M Corporation and in senior leadership roles at Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Smyth currently serves on the boards of Etsy, Inc., Remitly Global, Inc., and Lilium N.V., each of which is publicly held. She is experienced in advancing sustainability accounting practices and is a Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (“SASB”) FSA Credential Holder. Additionally, Ms. Smyth is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Henry Crown Fellows Program and holds a Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University’s Software Engineering Institute. She holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Fordham University and a Master’s degree in accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Maryann Turcke

Ms. Turcke has served as Senior Advisor to the Infrastructure Division for Brookfield Asset Management since 2020, where she has advised the boards of various portfolio companies in the areas of telecommunications, railroads, data centers and other technology assets. Ms. Turcke also serves as Senior Advisor to the National Football League, where she previously served as Chief Operating Officer since 2018. Prior to becoming Chief Operating Officer, she was the President of the NFL Network. Before joining the NFL in 2017, Ms. Turcke served in various operational capacities at Bell Canada from 2005 to 2017, most recently as President of Bell Media, Inc. Maryann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University, a Master’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Master’s in Business Administration in Science and Technology from Queen’s University. She is currently a member of the board of directors and a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of Royal Bank of Canada, which is publicly held, and a member of the board of directors and a member of the Audit Committee of Northern Star Investment Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company.

Prat Vemana

Mr. Vemana has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Product Officer at Target Corporation since October 2022, where he oversees Target’s digital business and provides strategic support for Target’s product teams. Prior to joining Target, Mr. Vemana served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer of Kaiser Foundation Health Plans and Hospitals from 2019, leading the development and execution of the organization’s digital vision and strategy. From 2015 to 2019, he held positions at The Home Depot, Inc., including Chief Product and Experience Officer. Mr. Vemana held a variety of corporate-level positions at Staples, Inc. (“Staples”) from 2010 to 2015, most recently as Vice President of Global eCommerce, Product Management and Analytics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras and a Master’s in Business Administration in Global Leadership and Innovation from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
