Thank you
Connecticut
Dear Frontier Customer,
I’m writing to express my appreciation for your continued loyalty during a time of great change in our company. I’m thankful, and I’m also proud of the fact that from the pandemic to times of adverse weather, our techs who came to your home and the employees you spoke with on the phone were always glad to be there for you, keeping you connected to people and things important to you.
That leads me to another reason for this letter ̶ ̶ to share how we’re able to keep you connected. Of course there’s the ever-changing technology, but the heart of our service to you stems from the constant dedication of our people. They’re driven by a single purpose, what we’ve been calling Building Gigabit America. It’s a mission to connect and support the digital society we’re now all a part of, whether we’re shopping online, collaborating with teammates across the country, having a telemedicine visit or gaining an education via distance learning.
I’m enormously proud of the work they do for you day in and day out. It’s hard work. For some, it’s dangerous. I know they sometimes feel as if no one in the company really appreciates the challenges they face. It’s not true. I’ve been out in the field with them, and I’ve sat with them and listened to them talk with you on the phone. I know how hard they work, and I’m very grateful for all they do.
Many of you write to me to let me know how an installation went, or how a problem was resolved. Some of the letters and emails I get express disappointment because we didn’t do what we said we’d do. Others write to tell me what a great job one of our people did for you. I read every letter and email, because I see each one as a window to how we can improve. And some of your messages give me the chance to recognize an employee because of the way he, she or they delighted one of you.
We’re turning Frontier around and as we regain our financial health, we’re making the smart investments to expand our fiber network, and we’re making investments in our employees to help create additional career and life opportunities for each of us.
I speak for all our employees who take on the responsibility of trying to make sure you can connect to the world trouble-free, every time, thank you for sticking with Frontier and helping us succeed.
Sincerely,
Nick Jeffery
President and Chief Executive Officer
